When designing higher density projects in lower density areas, the challenge is often how to maintain the character of the area. Nevada Townhomes keeps the scale of a single family home in its design elements and smoothly blends in with it's environment.

Special attention was payed to the brick detailing on this project. Patterns in the street side elevation give the projects a distinct character.
