THE SAVOY

The Savoy features four different types of buildings with ten total buildings.  Each of the residential buildings have well crafted dwelling units focusing on family living. The modular unit design allows for visually complex exterior facades, but simple construction. A large central clubhouse serves as a community gathering space. The site has architectural follies in the form of entry portals that draw pedestrians along major circulation lanes.
